I have no wish for myself personally. I'm old and need nothing. Every New Year I've lived has brought blessings that I hadn't wished for. However, I have many wishes for everyone else without any expectation of receiving them. That's the thing about wishes, we can only hope.

I wish and pray that dictators will be struck down dead so the attacking of civilians will stop and war will not spread.

I wish innocents will stop dying over a stupid strip of land.

I wish a real leader(s) would arise who will deal with the problems in my country and save it from the chaos it's in. It's a sad state when no one who has any sense or backbone wants the job.

I truly wish that each of your wishes come to pass. God Bless.

I wish people in the world would chill. I understand there is a load of historical hurt, but we are destroying each other.

I also second @glasskuter wish on authoritarianism around the world. It is partly a result of our failing in education of teaching critical thinking. The world is historically in a loop.

I wish everybody here prosperity and good health. I know some are particularly suffering from health issues and I wish them better health in 2024. And I wish for a relatively pandemic free 2024.

And my hopes are we have not pushed on our planet so far, in global warming and pollution, that we can't recover.

I am at home alone with my doggies this year. My wife is out in LA visiting our son and his fiance . She is leaving one of her dreams - volunteer working on a Rose Bowl parade float and watching the parade in person. Giving me a facetime in a few.
