The creation of this key is the only reference I could find that made any sense. Don’t ask me what {yourid} is
Is this in relation to Nvidia tech?

There were also references in relation to NVIDIA PowerMizer:

Well… at your own peril… Apparently downloading PowerMizer (second link) enables the insertion of that key (and others) according to the first link.

What is it you’re trying to achive?

If you go into Regedit and navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video\
can you find any reference in there to {yourid} and RmRCPrevDriverLoadCount?

You could also search Regedit for “RmRCPrevDriverLoadCount” if found and the hex key is different, change it to “02,00,00,00”

But still, I’m unclear of your objective.
I’d be making note of anything you change incase you kill something. Also, backup the registry keys.

Open Regedit, right click on "Computer" and choose: Export. Name it as “RegistryBackup.reg” or something similar (Must have .reg extension)

I don't feel confident opening an application that wants to load .net framework. So I did some research and found that I needed to add the reg record as "binary" (this was my question)

I'm just interested in my windows running smoothly. And I feel like I accomplished that. Also, I am happy to be here, there is one last thing, English is not my native language, I'm sorry if I said anything strange.. :)

Regardless, before adding that key to your registry, you need to findout what {yourid} is. Otherwise it will render usleless.

Your statements are contradictions.

I can not tell you how to add the key to the registry but I can give you my opinion. App dependency on any .net framework to install and run as it should is just that...a dependency. The developer of the app built his app around a particular .net framework. If you are not confidant opening an app that runs .net, then why would you have confidence to run the app at all. .Net is a legitimate MS product. IMO, trying to bypass that dependency simply because you don't won't to install the required .net framework makes little sense if you want everything to run smoothly.

Friends, I ran the application mentioned. From what I've seen, it doesn't seem to add the value I mentioned to the registry (maybe it's not needed).

And rightly so. You should run only reputable apps from reputable sources. Stay completely away from "random" obscure apps that aren't widely used. If you're in doubt about legitimacy, ask.
