No internet after pc goes to sleep, have to restart. Help?

Hello all, I'm really enjoying the 11 Beta on my pc, but there is one incredibly annoying bug. When my pc goes to sleep, when I wake it back up I have no internet. If I restart its fine but nothing else I try can fix it. I have both ethernet cable and wifi, the troubleshoot problems on the internet connection does not work, says there are firewall issues. I do use Surfshark VPN but still issues even if it's off.

PC Is self build Ryzen 7 3700, 32gb ram, M.2 SSD.

Any suggestions as to how I can try to fix this problem please?
