Solved No multiple tabs in tile explorer

I believe Version 22H2 is supposed to allow for multiple tabs in File Explorer. I can't figure out how to do this. See my attached file explorer which has no option for adding tabs.

After the update I now have tabs on explorer. If I left click on a folder or drive it opens but there is still only one tab on top. It just replaced the one the was there previously. I can right click and there is a option to open in a new tab then I'll have two tabs. Is there a setting that when I left click it will open a second tab? Usually I have it set to open a new window but I kind of like the idea of tabs on top because I can just click on them back and forth but it doesn't seem to be working only if I left click and choose to open in a new tab.
