No Photos In Phone Link App

Hi everyone,

I have recently noticed that in Phone Link, the photos are not showing. All I see is a grey box.

I have tried unlinking and relinking with no success.

Has anyone got any ideas?

I have the same problem but I I got to apps and click on gallery the photos are all there. On the apps screen the icons for the app just show as grey squares: It used to work fine fine so it's maybe the result of an update to the link app. a windows update or a combination of the two. As I still have the functionality I'll wait for a bit and see if it rights itself. I've reported it on feedback hub.

It's not the most reliable application.

Well, the app would not connect. So I reset it and set it up again.

The photos are not there again. I cannot believe how bad this app is. It's useless junk.

I haven't had the problem return. I've had a look round via google but I haven't seen anything that might apply if it was working before and you haven't made any changes such as changing where your photos are stored on your phone. You could check that synching has got turned off although why would it. There are some settings relating to photos on the phone link settings/features - photos section lower down the page below Notifications and Messages. There's always reinstall and see if that helps. I tried that before and it didn't help but you never know.

Sorry you are having problems.
It works OK for me but MS would need to take a look at Intel Unison for ease of setup.
It does not have a widget though, yet.
You can get it from the MS Store.

I set up my desktop to use Unison. I am very happy with it. However, it does not support use on multiple computers. Phone link is screwing up AGAIN for me on my laptop. I really cannot believe this. How is MS so useless?
