No Task Manager Option

Hi,

I have installed Windows 11 and when I right click on the task bar, I don't get the task manager option

comparing it to another Windows 11 computer, I was expecting to see this


Does anyone know a solution for this?

The older builds of Windows 11 does not have Task Manager option make sure to install all Windows 11 updates.

I got a new Notebook in Oct. '21 when Win11 RTM became available, can't recall that I never had that choice on the right-click of the Taskbar.

Either post a screenshot or reply with the windows version AND build. If you are up to date it will look like this.. If that is what you see, answer these questions.
Are you able to open task manager using search? In search box type task manager. The click on "task manager system" from search results.
Can you open task manager from power menu. Right click on start button. Select task manager from the list.
Are you running ANY 3rd party app that alters the GUI?
You say this is a clean install. Where did you get the iso you used to install 11? OR did you do an upgrade using windows update.
Have you attempted to make 11 look like 10 by altering the registry in any way?
