The CPU usage shown in the tray icon of the Task Manager is very different from the CPU usage shown within the Task Manager itself.

This problem, occurs on Dev Channel Build 26200.5570 with the Task Manager being extremely unreliable in showing CPU usage properly. Also, the task manager seems to be updating the metrics way slower even when on High Refresh setting in the settings menu of the Task Manager. Also, the CPU usage shown in Task Manager never hits 100% even when running a stress test but instead, it just freezes at about 80% when the CPU usage reaches above 80%. I also seem to be experiencing this issue only on Windows 11 24H2+ Insider Channels with versions above 26120.xxxx.
