Hi, We have Norton 360 installed on our home PC's which we have used for many years and have found to be good (apart from the reminder screens and popups).
We were thinking about installing Malwarebytes as a second, on demand malware scanner. We would not have Malwarebytes running at startup and no Real-Time protection turned on. There seems to be conflicting opinions about the compatibility of the two programs installed side by side. If I understand correctly, if we downloaded the 14 day trial of Malwarebytes Premium, if we let the trial period lapse, the RealTime protection would be disabled? I understand that this protection can be stopped during the 14 day period but I'm not sure how this is done.
I would appreciate any opinions about having these 2 programs on the same PC.
Thanks
Mitch.
