Do you actually have two notifications you have not responded to???

Ive never done this but turn off phone app notification type "Badges" and see if it goes away and then turn it back on again.

You might have to select "show system apps" to change the phone notifications

    The only thing it lack is USB-3.2 on the front face but it has 3.0 on the back

It could just be a sync glitch. In my case, restarting the phone fixed it.
