During the past few days I've started getting these errors reported in Reliability Monitor presumably from the NVidia driver for my RTX 2060 Super GPU. I've removed the old drivers using DDU and installed the latest driver 545.92 to no avail. I discovered these errors are generated when I switch between user accounts on the PC. All works fine though including 3D games. What's the problem here?

I can't help but I'm getting the same error in the Canary channel.

Looks like a bug. It only happens when I switch between accounts.
I dual boot Windows so no account to switch. Got a lot of error events with this build but only these have been auto reported.

Will check RTM version later.

I get it too occasionally. not every time I boot up. I find installing the Nvidia drivers again stops it for a while but starts coming back a few weeks later. It doesn't seem to affect anything, so I ignore it these days. It's just an annoyance.

I know that it's usually recommended to install the latest drivers (in case of issues) - but sometimes the latest drivers are actually what's causing an issue (even fixing an old issue and causing a new one).

Currently using the Drivers released in September - and personally - i prefer the Studio version (instead of Game Ready), since it's usually more stable - while the GRD can be rushed.

Also, besides DDU - i also use NVCleanstall - since NVIDIA Controls Panel covers all my needs for tweaking and i don't use any function from GeForce Experience (i prefer to leave it out - less bloatware). OFC everything is "optional" with NVCleanstall - since it's simply a repack-manager which lets you include as much as you want/need from the default Nvidia Package Installer. Here's a basic install guide...

(also recommend installing/selecting USB-C Driver - from Select Components to Install page - even if you don't use it - since you'll be shown a missing driver in Device Manager if you don't).

I reverted to an earlier driver which fixes the problem so this must be a bug with the latest drivers.
