Hello,
I have this issue which seems to only happen on Office desktop titles.
The text / elements (i.e. "content") inside an Office application (Outlook, OneNote, Excel) seems to not refresh properly.
Often I could be scrolling or typing something, and a section of the content suddenly disappears. It can also blink; my guess is that I mouse overed a "bad refresh event" too fast and the content redisplayed. I have to scroll, click, mouse-over, or move the window for the section (including any lines) to come back. The section could be a small rectangular region or a whole pane (like the folder list or inbox list in Outlook). Like a couple of times I had to mouse over each folder and the items would come back.
Anyone experience something like this?
Thanks!
P.S. I tried to reinstall Windows 11 and just install Office 365 and it didn't solve it.
