On every PC boot up, Chrome resets (all data cleared and synced account logged out)

This is really annoying. Everytime I boot up my PC I am greeted with what looks like a freshly installed Chrome but in reality it's the same chrome except everything is resetted, my synced Google account logged out. On every PC boot up I basically have to re-sign in into my google account for everything to come back. It's rediculous, annoying, suspicious and concerning. Is there some sort of new Chrome setting I'm unaware of that does this for protection, or am I at risk? How can I solve this?

Are you talking about the Chrome browser or the Chrome operating system? I know it says Windows 11, but I'm confused.

  • Open Google Settings.
  • From the left pane, click on You and Google.
  • Click on Sync and Google services.
  • Under Other Google Services tab, you will see, Allow Chrome sign-in feature. Toggle it on.

It's already been on.

I might have to add that rebooting Chrome (End Task for example and relaunch) it's normal. It's even normal when I log out and log back into PC. It's only not normal when I restart PC or Shut Down and Boot Up.

No. Only Malwarebytes. But I installed Malwarebytes to scan my PC once this started to happen.

Again, today I booted my PC, and as always, I am greeted with this by Chrome (everyday): 1707070513970.png

None. Again, the only and only 3rd party app that has any sort of cleaning capabilities at the moment is MB.

Solution: Do not have your Google Storage status be critical (over 95%) or red in general on the account you synced Chrome with.

Very odd case here. I said "nevermind" because that didn't solve issue. Later I heard Ublock is being unsupported soon so I deleted that off of my Chrome and suddenly it worked. Deleted a bunch of other extensions I don't use as well. Now later I installed Ublock again and the issue still stayed gone, didn't come back.

Very odd, but thanks to you guys anyway!
