Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (26200.8457).
Hi,

I had it disabled on startup, but it was displaying an icon in explorer under Home.

I uninstalled One Drive app, in Settings and it went away.

My question is, how can I reinstall just the app, in Settings > Apps > Installed apps?

The one at the MS Store is approx. 65 MB when installed, the one I uninstalled was approx. 230 MB........do I need to restore the backup?

But again, would start to see that icon which when clicked on is a blank folder.

How can I associate all audio files with it, in settings in one click I don't think you can! Just do it manually by extension.

I got a nasty surprise when I installed W11 and OneDrive (despite uninstalling it) was saving/pointing all my personal document folders including desktop to the One Drive directory Windows created.

And once I reimage my laptop, I'll run into that same issue (again) because my "best" and "cleanest" image has this issue. My OEM Lenovo factory image which is W10 never had this OneDrive nonsense and forcing me to link my Windows to a Microsoft Outlook Mail account.
