One Taskbar Icon won't move over

Ok i have my taskbar settings to where the taskbar icon will show on the screen that I move it too, but for the life of me I can't get this one software program to do that. Anyway to force it?

One taskbar icon? Lots of programs available so more needs to be told about that.

On my Win11 computers the Start button and the Search item can't be moved, any others can be. Nor can the Notification Area on the right end be moved. The Widgets, Chat and Task view on the left end can be turned off.

When you drag an opened software over to another display, it's suppose to add the taskbar icon to that taskbar as well. . ALL of the other softwares I use, but the one I'm having problems with (WSV3), won't. . WSV3 is a weather radar software.

Which version, 5.9 or the new 6? I don't do multiple monitors but a question is if the icon/shortcut is on the second monitors desktop and if one that has been pinned to the Taskbar? I haven't yet seen where an actual executable/.exe file can be pinned to the Taskbar nor have I had a need to do so, only do it with shortcuts.

5.9 . .I'm not using 6 right now. . He's about to disable it anyway for a bit to work on security issues. I made a short video on what i'm trying to do

The only thing that comes to mind, and is strictly a guess, is leaving File Explorer or another open program's icon on the second monitor then try the WSV3 again. Teach Windows to do it. Do you have the 3 icons in the upper right corner of that program's windows, Close, Minimize, Maximize/Restore? The only thing really missing with the icon is the right-click functions available. Or maybe when Version 6 is finished it will be fixed.

Just tried the File Explorer thing, and it wsv3 icon still won't move over. Yeah, I have the 3 up in the top right hand corner.

Drag the app to the offending screen and close it from there. Then try again.
