Well I'm not sure when this happened but I deleted this OneDrive folder a few months ago but now it's come back again. 😠

OneDrive.webp

OneDrive is gone (and I know it's gone) because I never signed in and deleted it through Revo, but this Explorer remnant appears again.

Is there any way to delete this folder from Explorer? Or at the very least, hide it?

Right click > Unpin from Quick access.

That is with the standard/current File Explorer, not what you appear to have modded.

after you deleted OneDrive did you a registry clean up
i used RevoUninstaller to remove OneDrive after i had disabled auto start-up
and then exited OneDrive. then used a registry cleaner after that.

then used @Brink tutorial to disable OneDrive

thankfully it hasn't reappeared.
best of luck Steve ..

This is why my opinion is when one unsyncs his account from onedrive that it's better to stop it from autostarting rather than uninstalling it because, like Arnold Schwarzenegger, at some point, it...will...be...back. Windows upgrades, office updates, or just because MS wants us to have it, all can make it magically re-appear.
You can remove it from the navigation pane in file explorer if its presence aggravates you..

You can also hide it in the task tray. Settings > Personalization > Taskbar and toggling individual app icons off under "Other system tray icons". Alternatively, you can quickly hide an icon by dragging it from the taskbar onto the upward-pointing arrow that opens the hidden icons menu.
Then the only place you will see it is when scrolling the start menu. Upgrades/updates seem to honor the these user settings.

That Reg file worked. I am a happy man. 🙂

I will save this file for future use since I believe this will come back again.

Yup, and just when I was resting on my laurels, too. It's been months since I last saw it.
