They were probably Merino wool. They are NOT cheap.
I have four sets of them. REI still sells them...




They have me on tons of meds for cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart, water pills, etc.
One or some of those meds, make me cooooold. LOL




You can easily go broke at R.E.I. You have been warned.

I did some thinking and remembered the name of the company.This is what I use to buy. Apparently they are now based in the UK. They have a US site but there are no working links. They do list a phone number but I have a feeling that also doesn't work. Thermolactyl

The first purchase was a forced one caused by the AIO cooler in my desktop pc coming to a gruesome end with the pump screaming its way into oblivion. Not before the most bizarre looking black screen of doom with a blood red font showed up with an error message (not Windows generated). Worst component/system failure I've had in over 30 years of computing.

So, I've now got one of these (not yet installed). No iCue, no RGB lights.

My birthday is coming up so I treated myself. I have a 32GB flash blu that is starting to be a little sluggish and I am worried about it dying. This should do nicely. I stick my usb in some questionable pcs sometimes to clean them up. Have not had to do that much since windows 10 released. But still, good to have.
