I am currently using Outlook 2019 as my current Email and Calendar client. Is there a way I can convert or use my outlook pst file in Windows Mail to bring over all previous emails and contacts? I have a lot of emails that I can not afford to lose and the same goes for contacts (even though I can send the time re-adding them in manually if need be).

I have used Dr Google but can't seem to find anything that works. Any help on this would be very grateful. TIA for any help with this.

I don't believe that's possible as I too looked into applying a PST file to Windows Mail. There is no setting to allow for the importation of a pst file.

That said, what you could do is add the email account to Windows Mail, and using IMAP keep you email sync'd between programs. I'm doing that, with Windows Mail, but it doesn't handle my contacts or calendar since I use a personalized pst file in Outlook 365 desktop app to manage both my calendar and contacts, as well as personalized folders.

I'm just curious as to your reasons for wanting to switch to Windows Mail - could you explain why you would want to do this?
