Page file size jumped to 32GB instead of the recommended 4GB

5 of those 6 things I already do. The only one I don't do is disable the page file. I let the system manage the size of that for me.

Been doing it that way for the last 15 years or so, and it had nothing to do with SSD lifespan. I was using a page file back when I was still using HDDs as well. It makes my system run smoother and not get any more of those "run out of virtual memory" errors.
