I can't get windows to quit asking for a password when resuming from hibernation. I have it set in the settings to never ask. Also when I boot from scratch I have it set to not ask using control userpasswords2. However it still makes me set up a pin when it boots up and then I have to remove it.
Any ideas on how to have windows never ever ask for passwords?

Brink's solution combined with settings>accounts>signin options>then remove every signin option except password followed by using netplwiz works if you want to automatically sign in every time at startup plus no sign required from sleep state.

Thank you for all the help. I did EVERTHING...setting, registry, command line etc. I don't know what fixed it but windows now never asks for a password. Thanks again!
