Solved PC on Windows 11 23H2, but Snipping Tool is not updated

I have 2 PCs, both updated to Windows 11 23H2 (22631.3737). Both are not on Windows Insider channel.

However, the Snipping Tool version of PC A is 11.2405.32.0 which has the OCR functionality, while the Snipping Tool version of PC B is 11.2201.12.0, which does not have the OCR functionality.

Is there a way to manually update Snipping Tool?

Create a system restore point.
Uninstall existing snipping tool in one of two ways:
1. Use Revo Uninstaller Free, You'll find it in Revo under Windows Apps. Make sure to delete all the leftover files and registry entries Revo finds. Restart computer
OR
2. Settings>apps>installed apps>find snipping tool in the list>click 3 dots to the right>uninstall. Restart Computer.

Then go to Microsoft Store, search for snipping tool and install new version.

Go to MS Store > Library > Get updates > Update all, Snipping Tool.
There is a Settings option in MS Store for manual updates.
