Solved Phone Link at startup for Windows 11 Pro

Is there any way to have Phone Link start at startup? I use the app quite frequently while I'm on the PC. Have looked all over for a method but can't seem to find any. Searched the registry with no luck. App isn't visible in Startup. App settings don't list any way to get app to start either. Running Windows 11 v21H2 build 22000.613.

You could:

1) Open Start Menu > All Apps.

2) Open your shell:Startup folder. (paste into address bar of File Explorer)

3) Drag and drop the Phone Link shortcut in All Apps to your Startup folder.

Didn't work. Each time I did it, the app disappeared from the all apps folder after restart.

Did you mean the Startup folder where you dropped a shortcut of the Phone Link app?

Yes. When I rebooted and the app didn't start, I checked the folder and it wasn't there.

Odd. I tested on my system, and was able to get the Phone Link to open at startup using that method.

Check any 3rd aprty anti-virus / anti-malware that might be aggressively monitoring the Startup folder.
