C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps
(It's a hidden folder and needs full Permissions to enter it.)

If you're thinking of removing or modifying files in the WindowsApps folder, it's the wrong way of making changes.

Code:
C:\>powershell "Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.Photos -AllUsers | select InstallLocation"

InstallLocation
---------------
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Windows.Photos_2025.11080.28001.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

I wasn't looking to edit. I was just trying to open a .dds file with the app.

Photos App doesn't load DDS files, since that's a specialized texture file format. But there are a number of 3rd-party viewers for it.

One of 6 - 8 folders called Microsoft.Windows.Photos_.........

It won't support dds files.
Try XnView.
