Pin Second User Account to start menu

I am trying to set up a way of easily switching between accounts on a windows 11 home PC whilst logged in. If neither account is logged in both account icons are available bottom left of screen but its more convoluted when logged in to any of the accounts i.e.
If you:-

1. click on start.
2. Click on User Account icon and
3. Click on hamburger (three dots) next to Sign Out the icon for the other account is visible.

Is there any way to Pin this icon to the start menu (either through windows app or a hack) to make access quicker

Secondly I followed the process to automatically log in using Using netplwiz (Standard Method)

1. Open Run: Press Win + R (Windows key + R) to open the Run dialog.
2. Launch User Accounts: Type netplwiz and press Enter or click OK.
3. Disable Password Prompt: In the User Accounts window, uncheck the box next to "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer".
4. Apply Settings: Click Apply and then OK.
5. Enter Credentials: A small window will pop up asking for your password; enter and confirm your current password for your account, then click OK.
6. Restart: Reboot your PC to see the automatic login in action.

However this does not seem to work. the account has a password set (not blank). Anything else I should try?

You could pin the C:\Windows\System32\tsdiscon.exe file to the taskbar or Start menu to use for Switch User. If you create a shortcut of the file to pin instead, you can use any name and icon with it.
