Solved Pinned shortcuts to Taskbar keeps disappearing

Some times when I pin a new app to the taskbar, all my pinned shortcuts immediately disappear and I have to start all over. It happened a few times when trying to add PowerShell 7 terminal to taskbar. Also, every time I re-add shortcuts, it's adding numbers to the app labels similar to when you copy files and the filenames already exists, e.g. Discord (4), Brave (4), PowerShell 7 (x64) (3). Are the pinned shortcuts copied to a folder location somewhere and duplicates are appended a number (#)? Can I delete/copy/backup these pinned shortcuts somewhere?

Your Taskbar-pinned shortcuts are all saved in
"%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar"
but that folder is only really useful for deleting them. You cannot copy a shortcut to that folder in order to pin it.
