Please help/ Tried everything! Windows Spotlight not working

Hi. So I have a Lenovo idea pad 1 with Windows 11. Less than a year old and only been used for a couple of months. I was using Windows spotlight for dynamic wallpapers for my lock screen and desktop but recently I noticed they weren't changing so now the lock screen when on windows spotlight is just the black screen it won't show any images and for the desktop when it's on spotlight it's had the same 4 images for a long time now and they don't change. I've tried all of the YouTube tutorials and all of the general fixes and nothing has worked and I don't want to do a factor reset if I don't have to. I'm wondering if it might have something to do with the fact that a little while back I was sick of everything being Bing so I may have deleted Bing services or something? Please help thanks.

How could you not remember what you have removed, what else is there you might of removed?

Well that may have worked because it's finally loaded an image onto the lock screen but the regular stuff background it shows the same 4 images so i'll give it some time thank you. It's not about watching images it's not a slide show it's just so that you have a new background every day or so so that it doesn't become boring.
