When I right click on my start menu, I see there is PowerShell/Admin and Open with Terminal/Admin

Is that how it's supposed to be or is it only open with Terminal usually?

I just noticed a change in my Win11 Pro this AM where Terminal no longer opens from any place and 2 PowerShells are on the right-click of the Start button, like in WIn10. I hadn't used it since Patch Tuesday updates so wonder if that's when the change occurred.
