Solved Prevent search bar from using webview2

Hello guys!
I have some problems with webview2 !
after installing windows 11, "Search" was not using webview2 and everything was fine.
after installing some engineering apps which use webview2, webview2 runtime installed automatically and BOOM! now "Search" is using more than 200MB of RAM which 150MB of it is occupied by Edge WebView2 :)
I need WV2 for those apps but i want to prevent search from using it.
How can I prevent search bar from using webview2 or temporary disable webview2 from running until I need one of those engineering apps?

LOL Cortana is still there

for future uses:
1- go to this directory:
C:\Windows\SystemApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy
2- find "Microsoft.Web.WebView2.Core.dll"
3- change permissions so you can edit its name.
4- change its name to "Microsoft.Web.WebView2.Core_BACKUP.dll"
5- restart

if you want to roll back just rename it again and also you can reset the permissions

alright I did something wrong.
changed ownership of "CrossDeviceResume.exe" and "CrossDeviceResumeView.dll" from TrustedInstaller to everyone so I can rename it to prevent auto launch, but after that every time I restart Windows it shows an error. So changed the owner back to trusted installer again but the error is still there saying "The parameter is incorrect"

what should i do now?
sfc /scannow did not solve it

If you go into Security > Advanced for the files, is the little yellow and blue shield next to the owner (Trusted Installer) name?

SOLVED!
just removed both of them and used sfc scannow to restore them.
now everything's working fine.
I will never touch system file permissions again!!! poooffff

Don't believe everything you read online. Some things can be taken out of context.

whenever I use sfc scannow, it will replace the "Microsoft.Web.WebView2.Core.dll", how can I prevent this?

You don't. SFC's role is to replace missing or corrupted files, your tampering is "damage".

If the parent component was cleanly removed from Windows, SFC wouldn't have to check for that file But some apps are sub-apps within a parent feature, so you can't remove the sub-app without removing the entire feature.

Which is why you don't always listen to casual talk from some people, they don't bother explaining those key details for you.

if I create a fake file of "Microsoft.Web.WebView2.Core.dll" and change the write permission for it, then sfc can replace it again?
