Prime Video stopped working on Edge

I've had this issue for the last few days on both Beta and Stable Edge versions

Working fine on the Prime Video for Windows app

When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

Fine on phone, LG TV, Windows app, Firefox browser, not working on Edge

All on the same network/Amazon account

Resetting made no difference
The option to Repair isn't available as Modify is greyed out on both Stable and Beta

I've come back to post that the problem hasn't gone away.
I can watch Prime video on my phone, my LG TV, the Windows PC app and Firefox browser but NOT on any version of Edge.
Same account on all devices

please try turning off, disabling 'hardware/graphics acceleration' and 'vivid picture/graphics'
restart edge then try prime.

have you tried using Amazon Prime in incognito mode.
this would eliminate cookies and/or extensions.

if that fails
browse to the programs(X86) > microsoft > edge and open a browser from there using the edge.exe file directly.
that way it will eliminate the edge shortcut opening the browser.

then create a new profile to use/test Amazon Prime.

then i am out of ideas other then completely uninstall edge do a cleanup of the left over files/folders and then reinstall edge.
but am completely unsure if that would help.
