Windows 11
Can you guys please help me solve this?
I'm trying to install the latest version of Windows 11 Pro and precisely version 22h2 as a clean install i.e. like it's my first time installing it, but I'm having Bsod issues.
I state that the previous version of Windows 11 Pro is already installed on this PC which is the version 21h2.
I followed this procedure with still the old OS installed:
From the Microsoft site I downloaded mediacreation. Launched, downloaded and created the installation disk directly on a USB stick (but I also tried downloading the iso and created the stick with rufus having the same result).
Restarted the PC starting from the USB stick.
Choose the advanced installation and from there I deleted all existing partitions in order to remain with a single one. Once the installation has started, it passes me through all the phases:

Copying the installation files
Preparation of files for installation
Installing features
Installing updates
In the end he did the first reboot and when
It restarted I got this error:

AC8-EC2-B3-F033-4132-BF7-F-47-B99-E744-A78

At this point it goes into a loop giving me different Bsod errors for each boot as you can see from the photos:

754179-C6-BAE3-4-DC6-B8-D0-12785-A187200
B5-A95-C77-0581-4799-A0-CE-4-A6-AB9133838
82414-A4-B-D0-B8-432-A-A4-DD-79-BF8186-F4-BD
69-D5-D1-F4-C904-4-E03-84-E7-72302-E5-F3-B96

Sometimes the same error comes out sometimes it changes.
I tried unplugging all the other HD's leaving only the HD for Windows. I tried to replace the HD but nothing I always have the same result.
I had a backup of the old OS made with Acronis which if I try to restore it, it restores correctly. I can not understand why I can not install the new version without problems.
Any Guru who can help me understand?
Thank you in advance
Enzo
P.S. sorry for the length of the message but I wanted to list everything to avoid unnecessary questions

Maybe I'm not understanding fully but If you delete all partitions you should end up with 'unallocated space' which is perfect for clean installing from the installation media. If you didn't get to unallocated space you haven't deleted everything. If you deleted any existing partitions from within Windows then you are nowhere near a clean install (imo).

Use the installation media to achieve this and delete everything from there.

I'm guessing your downloads of the latest .iso file and the USB Thumb creation may have gotten corrupted and would do those again. Since the restore seems to be okay it pretty much rules out hardware issues. Then with a truly-clean HDD/SSD and no other drive connected let Windows create the partitions as it needs, not perform any changes to that or in other words take the defaults as they come, only change may be not to allow OneDrive during the install. I also do the setup as a Local Account with Admin rights, can always do a Microsoft Account later.

Apologies I have also, as I said before tried to detach all others HDD and SSD leaving just the one for the installation.
Can you please tell me exactly step by step what to do?
Remember that I have actually the old windows on the machine that I want to replace with the new one as clean install.
Thanks
Enzo

Looking back I see I failed to note that I do the clean installs not connected to the Internet [pull the Ethernet cable out or turn off the Router] until after I've created the account and when prompted choose I do not have a key. It usually activates when back on line.

Please can you tell me step by step what to do exactly to have a clean install?

The link @IanMosley posted covers it all. You are essentially booting off the USB install media you have created and using the 'custom' option you delete all partitions so you end up with unallocated space. Windows will do all that is needed after that.

A small partition will be automatically created at the very end of the drive and should you wish to shrink the W11 install (the C partition) once it has installed you can do so from within Windows.

Also do as @Berton mentions and you select 'I do not have product key' at the start of the install. It will all activate automatically once done.

When the install is done and the desktop appears I would wait a while for any driver updates to be done automatically. Use task manager to see when its all idle and finished and then do a restart to make sure everything is in its place. Then set it all up as you want.

I did a clean install the other day on an older laptop and it took about 10 minutes. Its much quicker than a normal Windows update.

He is doing the clean install correctly. It isn't until reboot into the Windows installed on the HDD that the BSOD occurs.

What you mean?
If you read the first post I have said that I have already installed tithe previous version of Windows 11 so that means it meets the required specifications.
I also said if I try to restore an Acronis backup made on November, it restores without any problems.

Windows 11 version 22h2 is different from the prior version, thus that's why it's classified an update. It may be that some component on your system is causing a problem. As I stated, I have no idea if that's the problem, just providing a possible solution.

I don't know. I used the term "component" when I should have said a component or driver. If you check the link I provided it may provide some insight. I hope you find out what's causing the problem, I know it can be very frustrating.
