Problem to install Windows 11 Pro as clean install

OP, Specs are important. Is it a OEM computer (you bought from store) or a custom built computer "If so we need the motherboard/cpu/gpu"

If Windows 11 21H2 was working, then I would try re-installing that version. If that fails, try Windows 10. If that fails, then you have a hardware problem, such as a bad stick of RAM.
That’s a good deal. Thanks. Is what I would like to do but honestly I cannot find the release. Please can you help me to find it?
Thanks

You can get older versions of Windows from here:

I've known users with problems like yours and it turned out to be a bad stick of RAM. For some reason it was only detected during Windows setup and was not detected by the previously installed and running Windows.

I can just see a new internet window open and it is empty.
Please can you check for me?

I have made the test you suggested me, Thanks,
and how you can see from the screenshot:

it has gone through without any problems till the end.
Now we are sure ( i think and i hope ) there is no hardware problems.

It would seem like you have no hardware problems then. I would download the 22H2 ISO file from the same website and try an upgrade with it. You don't even have to put the ISO file on a USB flash drive. You just need to double click on it to mount it and then run setup.exe from the mounted drive window that opens.
