Problem while being in safe mode windows 10

Hello so i rebooted my pc and there was an error which said profile service isnt loading up or something and i saw a vidso on youtube how to fix it through youtube. First of all for some reason safe mode takes a lot of time to load up and when it does the screen is flickering and there is no way i can acess anything except task manager what can i do?(note:i am not a proffesional on computers so yea)

I forgot to say that i can see the pointer and i dont think its a screen issue since when i press control alt delete it doesnt flicker
