Problem With Store Update Today

Today MS Store updated to Version 22407.1401.5.0. The buttons for Get Updates and Install Updates no longer appear (see below). I've repared and reinstalled the app to no effect. How fix?

I discovered the Store behaviour has changed since there is now a new Downloads option where you update the apps. Typical MS fiddling for no useful reason. Oddly the Store app in my admin account on the same version still shows the update button on the library page as the previous behaviour. It's probably best to do nothing and wait for MS to fix their errors.
