Problems casting/mirroring to tv.

Hello just joined to hopefully try and fix a problem that's driving me nuts!This will be a bit of a long read but I'm trying to give as much information as possible.
W11 HP Omnibook 7 anivirus is the windows default Defender.

I am struggling to either cast or mirror to my LG tv.The Omnibook is new and my last laptop which was an Asus had no problems.
The Hp will connect once to the tv and will cast / mirror but when I disconnect and try to reconnect it wont connect.I then have to remove the tv from W11
and restart tv before it will connect again.
Things I've tried with VPN turned off!
reset W11
updated Network driver and for display adaptors (already using the most up to date)
reset network adaptor
reinstalled wireless display
made sure wireless display is enabled in the firewall
tried enabling on both public and private networks
renamed tv and cleared pairing on Tv
disabled power savings for network adapters.
switched tv off and unplugged for 1 minute holding the power button
Even installed Wireless display in additional featured but as I understand that's really for casting to laptop and not needed to cast from laptop to tv.
Tried on a different tv and same problem.
I know I can connect via hdmi but that's not the answer I should be able to do it wirelessly.
Hope you have managed to get to the end of this and all suggestions welcome.
