Problems with New Times Roman Font Only in Windows 11

When I print using the Times New Roman font to my HP Envy 7800 printer, various characters are missing. I can print from another Windows 11 PC with no problem. Although there is an option to delete the font, it does not delete. I have tried repairing Office 365. I reinstalled the font using a copy from another computer. Nothing I have tried has helped.

I’ve read up a little on this, one suggestion (marked as a solution) was that it was a user account issue.
You could try creating an extra user account and login to the new user account to test the print again. You can remove the user account later.
This would prove useful because as you said, the print works fine with another PC.

If this works, then you/members can deal with the fallout regarding your main account, later.

Also, logically, (again as you said, the print works fine with another PC) it may prove helpful to completely remove the printer, HP software and any drivers related to your printer, then installing the software again:
