Questions about Windows 11 version 23H2

1. Will version 23H2 be offered via Windows Update like 22H2 was?
2. Will it be offered for unsupported PCs since it's just an enablement package?

2 Who knows? I am not even sure 23H2 is via an enablement package - that is just speculation I suspect.

If people like me with unsupported PC’s were able to end up with 23H2 via an in-place upgrade whilst Microsoft left the door open, mentioned in threads that you read, it should indicate something?

EDIT:
If a person doesn’t get offered 23H2, a simple in-place upgrade or reinstall with the ISO containing 23H2 (when it’s available) should appease all who didn’t recieve 23H2 in a Windows Update.
