Everytime i boot and enter my pasword i get bombarded with the same questions about location and data preferences how do i fix this?

yes i always complete the questions when i want to use my laptop. I think i have my laptop for about 3 weeks now and it pops up everytime i turn it on or restart it.

Maybe turn off the setting under that also, which will be “Get tips and suggestions when using Windows” But you shouldn’t need to

As this is a new laptop, I am assuming it came with Windows pre installed. Have you run Windows Update?

If nothing else works and nobody else has a suggestion, following this tutorial for repair install Windows 11 with an in-place upgrade may fix it.

It’s more painless that it may look and if you follow the steps in OPTION ONE, you wont lose anything, it will just repair Windows.
As you most likely never installed the Operating System (Windows 11) it’s hard to know how it originally went.
