Random BSOD reboots

Windows 11 Home Ver: 25H2 OS Build: 26200.6584 Win Experience Pack 1000.26100.234.0 (Installed 12/6/2025)

These random reboot (BSOD) incidents started about a month and half ago. They normally happen while I’m watching You Tube video’s or researching a topic of interest (web browsing), allthough the lastest occured while the computer was idle. I do not overclock or play games regularly. When I do play games, it is generally Starcraft or Warcraft single player mode but I haven’t been playing any computer games during the time this has been occurring.

About the same time the BSOD events started I was unable to install the monthly Windows Security Update. I followed all the normal procedures to correct that running DISM, SFC, restarting windows update service, downloading the update and installing locally, etc. with no joy. In checking for system updates I did find and install a Bios update for my Motherboard. None of these fixed the problem installing the Security Update and the random BSOD events continue. After the next month’s Security Update also failed to install I performed an in place reinstall of windows 11 which changed me from 24H2 to 25H2 OS Build 26200.6584. The current update that will not install is the November Security Update KB5068861 with error 0x80070302. Since performing the reinstall three BSOD events have occurred.

I have uninstalled Asus Amory Crate and performed a memory test using Memtestx86 which completed with no errors. I have run chkdsk using the “f” switch and the “spotfix” switch on the System Drive “C:”, both of these finished “suspiciously” fast in my experience (thou I have to say I’ve never run the command on an SSD drive before).

I’ve downloaded and installed Windbg but my knowledge leaves me short of understanding the results of analyzing the minidump files. Each minidump seems to be pointing too “different” problems. I Am hoping someone smarter than me can provide advice on how best to proceed.

Sorry, didn't think that thru. There is a bit of history behind it but doesn't change the facts on the table. Any problem if I repost after correcting the issue? Thanks for taking the time to look things over.

Again sorry for missing that, this should look better. One more thing to add I'm getting a "scanning drive c: for errors" prompt at bootup that goes away in a few seconds and bootup continues normally. This has happened the last couple of restarts I've performed. Cannot remember if it was in Event Logs I reviewed or in windbg info from dumpfiles but I had performed a chkdsk with "spotfix" switch as it was referanced in one of them.

The computer has a new installation.

You must identify and remove piracy / crack to comply with forum rules.

If you're able to post a clean V2 on the next post then help can be provided.

KMS was previously installed and has been removed. The software that KMS was "auto renewing" has now been removed. Your last post seems to be refering to my Win 11 installation. I purchased this computer via JAWA and it came with Windows 10 Home preinstalled. I upgrade it to Windows 11 Home via the free upgrade channel and my activation page in Windows Settings shows Win 11 with "active" activation via a "digital license". There is a link to a screenshot of my activation page as well as the latest V2. If there is something else that is rasising a "red flag" I am honestly ignorant of what it is and would ask if you can let me know either here or via DM. And again I am truly sorry for the obvious trouble I am causing

The piracy / crack was not cleaned.

(It was third party software)

Are there entries in Reliability History and if so are there any red flagged ones?
In the Search box, start typing ---reliability ---to access it.
Have you also tried dism and sfc?
In Terminal [admin],type in ---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth ---and run it.
When completed ,type in ---sfc /scannow ---and run it until a clean report is given.
