1 week ago, my pc had 2 blue screen in 2 days (firsts blue screens ever). I decided to completely reset it (and to update it to windows 11) cause my last reset was like 3 years ago and I thought that will fix the problem. However it did not. My pc randomly freeze for 30s and then I get a blue screen with error code "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION". I can play for hours and the pc runs perfectly fine and sometimes im just browsing and it dies. So I started searching for solutions and did all the classic stuff as updtading and switching ssd drivers reinstalling my graphic card drivers ran all of the files check like /scannow and /chkdsk I ran a windows memory test I installed the hp support assistant and ran dozen of tests and not any problems are found. I also installed crystal disk info to check my ssd and it says that it is perfectly fine. I did a v2 log collector scan and put it in attached files. Can someone help me resolve the problem please

Hello 446875 :-) ,

I've looked at your dump files for the crashes and can see that several of them make mention of the failure of an old driver associated with the ART USB Audio Software. Here is the entry for it in your system info.

1679501545038.png

FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0x133_ISR_artusbaud!unknown_function

DeviceName InfName DriverVersion DeviceID IsSigned DriverDate
---------- ------- ------------- -------- -------- ----------
ART USB Audio oem10.inf 6.0.0.3530 USB\VID_08BB&PID_2902\5&1F03501E&0&2 False 17/06/2015 02:00:00

It's an old driver (Timestamp: Wed Jun 17 13:22:14 2015) and it is not one which is signed and verified therefore I would recommend for troubleshooting purposes to simply remove the software and see if the BSOD events cease. Was this something you installed recently?

Hope this helps!
Phil

The computer is having BSOD with a new Windows installation.

The currently installed BIOS is different than the versions posted on the HP website.

The currently installed BIOS is:
Version du BIOS/Date AMI F.53, 23/10/2020

The HP website displayed BIOS up to 2018.

What was the source of the newer HP BIOS?

There were two misbehaving drivers seen in the debugging.

Philc43 mentioned artusbaud.sys.

The Intel chipset drivers were participating in one of the BSOD.

The computer can be monitored after troubleshooting only artusbaud.sys to see if there are any recurrent BSOD.

Alternatively the Intel chipset drivers can be reinstalled while troubleshooting the driver most frequently seen in the BSODs.

Thanks for your help guys, I removed the artusbaud driver and had not any BOSD yet. I dont know where my bios comes from and I tried to reinstal the Intel chipset drivers with Intel driver and support assistant but it didnt find any compatible drivers on my pc.
