I sometimes get a BSOD when I open the Discord app or open my settings. It even happened when I was playing a Steam game once. It seems to be completely random. I think it has something to do with windows insider. 22000

Perhaps USB hub/controller related? Only thing i could pull from that i thought was relevant but im kinda just grasping until someone more knowledgeable with bsod comes along

Have you tried re-installing discord and you're headset software? Could be worth re-installing the usb drivers as well. Im not great in this area but zbook seems to be elsewhere at the moment.

I tried reinstalling both the usb, headset software, and discord. The issue still occurs.

I sometimes get a BSOD when I open the Discord app or open my settings.
Could you please explain what you mean by "BSOD"? I can't see any evidence of any BSOD crashes from your event logs and there is no dump files saved. It appears that there is a number of non-fatal system crashes in relation to some USB device.

I get a GSOD/BSOD when I open Discord or my settings. I am not sure if it is related to any USB devices or something else.

The best course of action is get off the Insider build since they're beta builds and are prone to bugs.

Yeah i dont think being an insider is why the bsod is happening..So no not the best course of action at all. Been on the insider builds since the very first win 11 build came out over a year ago, Not a single BSOD because im on an insider build. Oh and Insider builds aren't all Beta builds.
The insider release is a preview build. The beta channel is where the Beta build is and then theres the dev build where developer builds are. Not all beta at all.

If you open discord etc without you're headset being plugged in..does it do the same? without the only person i trust with BSOD @zbook if it was me personally, I'd reinstall the usb controllers/drivers, Also do the same with any headset software. Rip out discord and run it back in. If i got completely stuck personally and couldn't sort it myself..I'd repair install, Takes minutes and solves a lot of things if you're not able/willing to get into the nitty gritty.

None of the Insider builds are considered as production builds hence why you need to explicitly sign up to the Insider program in order to receive the Insider builds. The Release Preview builds are staging builds, production level code - or meant to be - which is still subject to testing and feedback.

Great - I've been on mainstream Windows 11 since release and never had any issues with updates with BSODs or Windows Update but there is plenty of reports from users which have had issues.

Could you please .zip up and provide the files within the following directory path:
