Hi all, hoping someone will have more insight on my crashes. My PC crashes kind of infrequently and I don't have a reliable way to recreate it. It always seems to happen when I click -- I'm still skeptical that's related but the stack trace in my memory dump seems to back that up:

I'm not very familiar with navigating Windows dumps though. Is it possible that the Windows mouse driver is crashing?

Here's what I've tried without success:
  • Replacing mouse (both that I've used are Bluetooth, if that's helpful)
  • Uninstalling mouse driver and rebooting
  • Updating other drivers (chipset, GPU)
  • Replacing PSU (same type)
  • Performing system restore
  • Memory check and disk check (no issues found)
  • No CPU overclocking
  • Default memory timings
Thanks in advance for any advice!

It's a new hardware build and Windows 11 installation with BSOD.

These were seen in the logs:

a) the use of RAM at speeds higher than the CPU supported speed
b) the use of RAM not on the Qualified Vendor List (QVL)
c) an unsupported Windows 11 installation

For testing purposes:

1) Use RAM on the QVL
2) Reset the BIOS and turn off XMP during the troubleshooting
3) Make free backup images > save the images to another disk drive or the cloud
4) Clean install Windows 10 during the troubleshooting process
