hihi, so this has been an ongoing issue for quite a while, but whenever i run my laptop on my desktop there is always a profile.tmp file there. unsure why or what is the cause, but doing some research the apparent cause is valorant. not sure why or what the cause is, but i just wanted to know if i can do anything about it? i don't want to delete it because a) it usually never works and b) i think deleting it may cause a few valorant crashes like it did before. i will try to contact riot support, but yeah im quite insure what to do.

on the side - does anyone know how i can check what exactly created this file? because im really just assuming its riot instead of checking it properly. thanks in advance!

apparently could be due to corrupt files but i did a scan and everything seems fine. i do not think this will bring me any problems at all, just wanted to know if there was a solution. thank you!

This is a different problem, it's not a separate user profile but a leftover file. And everyone blames Valorant.
Non-gamers don't report this problem.
so what would the problem be then?

The problem is the game isn't cleaning up for itself. It's probably harmless.

I don't believe that a DISM cleanup with fix it. If that was true, they would publish a guide telling you to run it before playing the game.
ah yeah it probably is, i was just wondering why it always ended up showing on my desktop lol, it got annoying at some point but im fine with it. just wanted to check. and yeah i tried the file clean ups and all i do not think there is a corrupt file or anything. thank you!
