Random resets with no BSOD.

So I have been trying to figure this out for months. I have a Crosshair VIII Hero (Wi-Fi). that I have since RMA'd for a replacement of the same name.
Both have experienced random reboots while doing various things (E.g., surfing the web, gaming, watching videos). Today alone, it rebooted 6 times within the first 5 - 10 minutes of using it. I have analyzed the dump files, and they seem to be pointing to HDAudBus.sys, but I also want to explore whether it may be something else.

3) Uninstall and reinstall: atihdwt6.sys
