Realtek HD Audio Manager for Windows 11?

Hello,
Can someone guide me how to safely install the Realtek HD Audio Manager for Windows 11? I tried installing but it actually corrupted the sound driver. Any good and reliable way to install this?

To make it easy to fill in specs use the free version of Speccy. Once installed allow through Defender. Once it loads you can copy and paste the relevant info.
