Recommended section start menu

Is there anyway to complete get rid of this section? Not just the files and folders but the complete section

I don't see an option in the settings that would let you do that so my guess is you would have to find a registry hack to accomplish what you want to do. You could try one of the third party start menu options and that might also get rid of that part.
