For the past couple of days, every time I run Windows Update, KB5007651 keeps appearing. This happened to me months ago, so I wanted to share what worked for me then and what still works to stop this from happening.
It seems that this issue/problem regards all Anti-virus programs. For some reason this update in particular, KB5007651, doesn't play well with most if not all AV/security programs. *The solution (which hopefully works for others with the same problem) is to: Shut off any and all AV/Security program(s), run Windows Update at least 3 times, then turn the program(s) back on, run Windows Update at least another 3 times, then restart your PC/device and the problem is solved.
