Does the computer still work properly?
If it does... let it go for a while.

You can restore anytime.

All I see in the pics is DELL things... maybe a DELL update did that?
DELL maybe... put in some new things and threw out the old things?

I'm just guessing though. I've never owned a DELL.

That's the newer Dell Display and Peripherals app. That app directs some of its files to the recycle bin when it updates.

You can see if that app is installed at settings>system>apps>installed apps. If you look right under the app name in that list, you will see the date it was last updated. That date should agree with the date listed in recycle bin. Just clear your recycle bin and don't worry about it if the app is working.

That app controls any Dell branded peripheral; monitors, mice, keyboards, cameras, headphones, etc..
