Refs file system (stand alone NOT Storage spaces)

Microsoft won't abandon NTFS any time soon, no need to worry about that. But I wish ReFS got more attention, because it has some nice features regarding data integrity, at least in theory.
I tested ReFS a few months ago and it apparently doesn't support scrubbing data checks in a non-redundant setup.

As far as I understand, ReFS is the Windows equivalent of Solaris' ZFS. It works with storage pools and has some function to auto-recover. However, it is mostly used for high data traffic such as in a server, we won't see any improvement in regular Windows 11, so yet another reason to stay away and keep my computer as much backwards compatible as possible.

Oh I fully get why they're stuck with NTFS. Common sense will dictate that. And I do think that will cause problems in the decades to come, much like the good old punch card or floppy disc later did.
