Win 11 x 64 Home on PC . Pro Win 11 x 64 on Surface 9.
I wanted to look at reg edit, it opens easily enough via 'search regedit' BUT it over to the far right of the screen, almost off screen apart from about a centimetre, and refuses to be moved. I have only one display screen, on recommended resolution and everything seems normal
