Any idea how to remove old or incorrect emails from the share dialog?

Hello, :-)

If you mean under the Share to section for contacts, then they would normally be contacts from the People app that can be opened via the Mail app.

Do they have an icon on them like the Outlook (Mail app) icon on mine to indicate the default app they belong to?

I noticed I have a few contacts listed that are not in my contacts as well. It appears it's using your contact "TO" history. I just don't know how to clear this history from the Outlook "Mail" app.

I use Outlook 365, not the Mail app. Seems odd to list emails and have no way to remove them.

I found this in File > Options for Outlook. Not sure if it will clear them from Share, but it should at least from TO in Outlook.
