Remove "Pin to Quick Access" from Recycle Bin context menu?

Win 11 Pro 24H2. I see the tutorial for removing "Pin to Quick Access" from context menus generally, but is there a way to remove it only in the Recycle Bin?

Unless @Brink knows an answer. it's over my head. Before I decided to ask AI, I had already typed out my answer which was
"I don't think so. I believe whatever setting one has for the context menu in file explorer's navigation pane is for all of file explorer. It does not differentiate by whatever applicable folder you happen to be in. The recycle bin is just another folder to file explorer".

If the key isn’t there, create it. If it doesn’t work you can just delete it

Have a look at the tutorial. The registry settings for default. In particular compare the appliesto value under the folder settings with your system. One of the exclusions is for the recycle bin. It's listed as The CLSID for the recycle bin.

Or ask in the tutorial "should this prevent pin to quick access showing on the recycle bin? "

Yeah I can’t see pin to.. on my recycle bin, I wanted to test the reg file but I just assumed I must of run a reg already. Perhaps you’re correct?
